1. Acceptance of Terms:
1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and SITTICare Inc. By accessing or using our platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility:
2.1. To enroll in SITTICare courses, you must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained the necessary consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Behavior and Conduct:
3.1. We expect all learners to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.
3.2. Plagiarism and academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited.
3.3. Misbehavior and Harassment:
3.3.1. Harassment and Threats: Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other learners, SITTICare employees, instructors, or partners in any form, including but not limited to verbal harassment, comments, messages, emails, phone calls, or social media posts, will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in immediate termination of your account.
3.3.2. Conduct Unbecoming of a Learner: Engaging in conduct unbecoming of a learner, which includes actions that disrupt the learning environment, interfere with the progress of others, or violate the principles of respectful and collaborative learning, may lead to account termination.
3.3.3. Defamation and False Accusations: Making false accusations, engaging in defamation, or spreading false information about SITTICare, its employees, instructors, partners, or fellow learners may result in account termination.
3.3.4. Privacy Violations: Unauthorized sharing of personal information, violation of privacy, or any actions that compromise the security and privacy of others may lead to account termination.
3.3.5. Unlawful Behavior: Engaging in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to cyberbullying, hacking, or any behavior that violates applicable laws and regulations, will not be tolerated and may result in account termination.
3.4. Refund Policy for Account Termination:
If your account is terminated due to any of the reasons outlined in Section 3.3 (Misbehavior and Harassment), including but not limited to harassment, conduct unbecoming of a learner, defamation, privacy violations, or unlawful behavior, you will not be eligible for a refund. Account termination for such reasons is considered a breach of the terms of use.
4. Certification:
4.1. Certification is awarded upon successful completion of course requirements. SITTICare also partners with affiliates and learning partners who may offer their own certifications. SITTICare is not responsible for the actions of these partners.
5. Employment Guarantee:
5.1. SITTICare is a training institution and does not guarantee employment. While we strive to equip learners with valuable skills, obtaining employment is subject to the discretion of potential employers.
6. Fees and Payments:
6.1. Course fees are non-refundable once registration or enrollment is completed.
6.2. Enrollment with SITTICare covers SITTICare courses only. Some affiliate or learning partners may charge additional fees if learners choose to avail of their services.
7. Termination of Accounts:
7.1. SITTICare reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any unauthorized or unlawful activities.
8. Privacy Policy:
8.1. Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications to Terms:
9.1. SITTICare may update these Terms from time to time. You are responsible for checking the most current version of the Terms regularly.
